Prior to being in Real Estate, Camille worked as a Consultant Dietitian for 20 years and managed 10 small hospital Dietary Departments. During that time, she collaborated with another Dietitian and created and marketed a nutrition card game called "Nourish" which was sold throughout the U. S. and parts of Canada.
